Customer Success Managers are responsible for managing and growing the relationship between customers and Passageways and to impact customer success using Passageways products and services. Important skills and characteristics include the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, understand and learn new technology and clearly communicate verbally and in writing. Prior experience in using Salesforce CRM software is preferred.
